I've bought some wordpress blog templates from themeforest before and then I stumbled upon some intriguing pages, like this one: https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress/?term=alli+foot+fetish As you can see there aren't any templates on that niche however the page is out there - with a title and some content, etc. What exactly are they planning to do? And why would they even try? I'm puzzled.
